Obviously with his years of experience, he is very knowledgeable. As far as communication, I pretty much put a down payment down and was hands off. When I aksed questions, they were answered if not by him by his wonderful team. I remember one time I mentioned I felt as if there wasn't much communication, and I recieved a follow up within the hour. With more info that I had asked for. He won my case so I was very impressed with the work quality and value. Richard talked to me like a daughter, making me feel very comfortable. He is very passionate about the work he does and I believe thats what makes him such a great attorney!!

I recently had Rich represent me in a case. He came very highly recommended, and now we know why. He is very knowledgeable, intelligent, tenacious, but above all, very caring. Long after he had my check in hand, he kept me in the conference room talking to me. Like a father/counselor would. Long after he won my case, he kept me on the courthouse steps talking to me. Like a father/counselor would. It actually brought tears to my eyes both times! I know he's very busy, but when he's with you, he acts like he's got all the time in the world for you. I cannot recommend him and his lovely assistant highly enough. Thank you, Rich, so very much.

Price was very reasonable but his work and dedication was outstanding. Rich or his assistant was always there to help me and answer all of my questions. He definitely went above and beyond to help me and my case. I've had four lawyers in the past and Rich is most certainly the best. I recommend him to everyone!

The judge and county attorney both seemed to dislike him so much, it definitely hurt my case. He costs 10 times as much as any other lawyer and he's no where near worth it.

We had Rich as an attorney for over 3 years, he became like a father figure to us. We had a federal case with alot of time hangin over us. He cared about my husband and our family. Rich is a busy man, and has his time spread thin. But when it came right down to it, he was there for us. The case? Turned out alot better than what the government wanted. Thanks Rich. I appreciate all you did! S & B!

Never returns calls. If he answers his cell phone, he says to call back later/tomorrow and then he doesnt answer! Left messages at his office and never get a call back. Leaves us in the dark as to whats going on or if hes even going to help. Initial consult, he blew a lot of bs about being responsible and giving 110%, but he doesnt follow his own advice.
