If you want to use this lawyer, do yourself a favor and just represent yourself. Save some money. I could have lost everything on my own and just sat there and I would have saved $10,000. She never argued anything and just let the judge and the opposing side do whatever they wanted. She doesn't return emails or phone calls, especially after the retainer runs out. She would actually try to talk you out of your property just so the divorce can move forward. Horrible.

Used Theresa as a divorce attorney and she was next to useless. Avoid her like the plague. She wouldn't stand up to the Judge or the opposing attorney and caved on issue after issue. She did not keep me informed and she did not answer my emails or questions in a timely manner. A very, very big disappointment to me.
