I was a client of Steve's for more than 5 months and in his own words, "(He's) a process guy, not a results guy." That about sums it up. He'll run you though hours of processes to bill up attorney's fees but doesn't actually get anything done. After 5 months and more than $5K in attorney's fees, he wasn't even able to get my ex wife to surrender my birth certificate from our marital safe. When I told him I was no longer paying for "process" that didn't accomplish "results"...he quit. When people wonder why divorce attorneys have reputations of being leeches, Steve Daray is a live exhibit of the species in the wild. Choose someone else and run screaming from this place.

Divorced, finally, after a long journey. Mr.Daray was there for me throughout the entire ordeal. Unfortunately, my divorce was very contentious and we stayed the course, played fair, did the right thing at every turn and in the end Mr. Daray was the absolute best person to represent me and my children’s best interests. I’m still stunned how well things worked out and I’m so glad I heeded his counsel.

Steve did save me money when my ex bf sued me for custody of our daughter to "punish me" and cost me big bucks. Steeve was on point in court, kept me in the know but calm, and handled things remotely after I moved. He's top notch at family law.

Best at what he does. Funny, passionate. Made me see it from all sides. Great in court. I really think he knew more about divorce and custody law than the judge.

Divorce sucks. Steve knows his stuff in that it is all he does. He has a sense of humor about it, and made me realize there is life after divorce. The case took a long time, but did settle almost exactly as he told me in our first meeting. It took my ex 12 months to figure that out. Highly recommend.

The bulldog steve daray is an enigma. He may either be superhuman or a god walking on this planet among us peasants. By acquiring his services you are guaranteed to make your opposition beg for mercy in court.

This attorney is extremely arrogant! If you are looking for an attorney that will handle your case efficently and save you money, he is the wrong guy. He will string out a case as long as possible to make as much money as possible. He will take his time getting back with you to increase the length time of the case.
