Allen Smallwood was an anchor during the most horrendous storm of a nightmare being falsely accused of the worst kind of crimes that left our lives in ruins. He can read people well after his many years of experience. He knew early we were innocent and fought like our lives depended on it-and they did.He was the most stalwart, honest,ethical attorney we have known and our journey caused us to know many. Our case was extremely complex and corrupt.The prosecution dragged it out year after year and we are sure Allen often grew weary and discouraged but he refused to quit on us in spite of the personal sacrifices and tolls on himself. He conducts himself by time tested and enduring values which may explain his 45 yrs as a top rated and beloved attorney in Oklahoma.

Excellent attorney for people that abuse babies. He was able to get Meredith Howard (baby abuser) off with his fine knowledge, communication, tenacity, work quality and value. He was able to do this setting aside he has precious grandchildren of his own. He is able to live with himself. So there is hope for you if you abuse babies in a very bad way.

I really liked Mr. Smallwood. He was professional, always took my calls and was very knowledgeable. I was charged with 6 felonies and received 5 years probation after only 6 months of my arrest. Excellent outcome and a great man.
