Poor demeanor if there is work involved to earn a fee. The atty will initialyy promise the world and then coerce settlement with tidings of failure. I attempted to retain him for two injury cases that were 'clear and evident'...he had too many 'files' to be effective therefore his attention to my needs were sporadic at best. This was diiisappointing as he had been effective, tenacious, and skilled in the early nineties. Complacency evidently supplanted his drive. He is however a 'honorable man' with his own personal issues. I would not use him again only due to his firms overload which has sadly affected his ability to fight for the client v. settlement as a time saving fee producing agenda.
