Didn't even notify us that a hearing date had been set. Since he was in Court the morning of the hearing when we showed up. We can only guess that he had a plan, that didn't include us.

Did NO work, lied to us, stole our money. Gave him $300 to simply attend a hearing with us, 3 weeks later he hadn't even filed his Entry of Appearance, much less done anything else. We provided him will ALL paperwork & filed everything so he didn't even have to type anything. When we got tired of him doing nothing (not to mention the unprofessional atmosphere in his office) wanted to hire someone else, Thomas kept EVERY dollar of our money. When we questioned him about it, he made up a fake invoice that showed an even higher hourly rate than what he agreed upon in an attempt to justify keeping our money - even though he never got us a hearing date or did ANYTHING at all. He never signed a contract or agreement with us - simply conned us out of our only money and left us with no way to hire other representation. We have since found out he's been disciplined before for turning on his own client & lying to a judge. Do not hire this man unless you have money & time to waste!

Run! Don't walk only no truth comes out of this man's mouth unless he wants more money. He will not do anything he tells you.
