We met Mr Hoover about 6 months ago on behalf of my grandson. This was our first encounter with the juvenillesystem so we were very nervous. His interest was geninue and addressed our concerns. My grandson felt comfortable with him right away. Throughout the process he proved very knowledgeable. Each step was explained. He was very dedicated and committed and his tanacity in the court on our behalf was extraordinary. What I know for sure is that Patick Hoover will FIGHT for you. I will HIGHLY recommend him

From the second I met Mr. Hoover I could tell he knew his stuff. He was familiar with most judges and even some of the police officers! He worked quickly and diligently and always seemed interested in my case. He was able to break everything down to me easily so that I was not confused. It did take him longer then I would have liked to return some of my calls and emails but I understand he has many clients. Even though most of the time I felt like he was putting all his effort into my case.

Mr. Hoover provides a very good service at a resonable price. He is diligent in this work. He is a good communicator and does an excellent job of making complex legal language understandable. He is accesable between offical meetings to answer additional questions. I have retained Mr. Hoover several times and I would definately hire him again.
