mr.quinn has been handling the estate for my late father-in law we have placed approx15 phone calls with no return calls my father-inlaw passed in oct 2007 a letter was received august 13,2008 stateing the was ready to be settled.we can not understand why he will not return our calls his fee has been paid so why the delay if no call return for call made today we will contact the ky bar ass.to ask for help
