Unprofessional, Corrupt, Evil lawyer. DO NOT TRUST HER TO HANDLE YOUR AFFAIRS or YOUR FAMILY'S ESTATE. She should be investigated and disbarred. She has a bad reputation in the community and even amongst lawyers. She LIES and uses her friendship with judges (Debra J. Rosh/Dekalb County) to get her way when you challenge her about her practices and try to hold her accountable for managing an estate. She will answer to the MOST HIGH God on judgment day for sure. A crook indeed!!

Decided to see if there were negative reviews on Ann Herrera after all these years (17). I was hoping she was no longer practicing law. The way she handled my family probate was despicable. I agree with everything that was written about her. She is the most dishonest, corrupt, rude, heartless person I have ever met. The description of EVIL totally describes her. Look elsewhere for legal representation.
