	9/17/12	1	1	1	1	1	I was in an accident and was sent a letter telling me who my representative was when calling to speak to her minutes after receiving the letter, i was told she no longer worked there. The only time i spoke to a rep was when i threatened to fire them and hire another attorney. Im still waiting to hear from them and it's been two months going on three, still no call! The letters the advertisement brochure....BOGUS!
