I had her as my GAL for a restraining order on a guy who sexually assaulted me and the whole time she proceeded to degrade me and invalidate my feelings. Within the first meeting she had already questioned me and told me I was lying and by the time court came around she sat next to me silent hardly asked any cross questions and we lost. All she said after was that the bills would be sent to us.

Doesn't do anything til the last second and then gives me (the client) attitude. Oh by the way, she was wrong so that was money wasted. Glad I paid for poor counsel and to be treated horribly. Stay away!!!

She don't listen plus unprofessional judging flip out on people she is rude she need her licensed strip.She no good for the community.

I have had Brooke Joos representing my son for 7 years now, and she has gone as far as to agree with me to my face about things and then once we are in court flip sides to agree with the judge and my ex-wife. I can never get ahold of her. A guardian ad litem is supposed to be at the best interests of the child, but how can it be the best interest of the child to only take one side of the story and never do what you say. I have done everything asked of me, and Brooke knows my ex is trying to delay allowing me to talk with my son because she has told me this, however she doesn't do anything about it.

She is sapposed to be the atty for the kids but becomes fast for the opposing person even if they are a worthless parent.

attorney joos had an attitude from the moment i met her. she was the guardian ad litem for my daughter and she was more concerned with me terminating my rights voluntary that she took to speaking condesendingly, she stated that the meeting was a "waste of time" and that she didnt need to talk to me, I needed to talk to her. I felt like i was being interrogated rather then talking about what was in the best interest of my daughter. I wouldnt recommend Attorney Joos to anyone, in my opinion she belongs in the public defenders office doing pro se work. Not in private practice. Find another attorney there are many who at least smile and are friendly at least slightly.

Had here as A gal very poor comunication skills. After my case talked to lawyers ouside of or county who had her on cases and verified are concerns
