Mr. Highers represented me in a very difficult and long divorce. My ex husband and his attorney took me to court 14 times within 16 months for various motions. They lost everytime. Mr. Highers communicates very effectively as does his paralegal. We all have busy schedules so the most effective communitcation was email. He always got the job at hand complete. I would highly recommend him.

Hired him to do a job and at first communications were good then he quit taking or answering my calls. For 4 1/2 months he refused to take my calls or return my calls. He missed deadlines and caused me to lose money because of his inadequate ability to do the job for which he was hired. Then he billed me 3 times what he had quoted me. I do not reccommend anyone use this man. His integrity is greatly lacking and he is not a good attorney.
