She is unethical from the quality of work she performs to her billing practices. She was caught lying several times while performing her duties as a court appointed GAL. She hates men and will lie to help a mother keep custody. She never completed her evaluation or report for the courts. Then she turned around and charged the father for his portion and the mother's portion of her fees going against the court order. Her billing practices are a mess. She will not provide a safe way to pay your bill. You are expected to call in with a credit card. The receptionist writes down the card number and Kelle will run it when she gets to it. In the meantime your card number sits out on a piece of paper. She will not provide an itemized statement of payments no matter how many times you request it. We are taking our complaints to the Nebraska Judicial Committee.

My comments are consistent with all the other not so great experiences people have had with Kelle. Kelle is bias towards men. Shes believes lies if it's from a women. She's a GAL because she cant maintain a perpetual customer base due to sub standard work. Kelles billing changes and doesnt match her report to the courts. In my case if your a mentally ill, opiod addict, lie and refuse to work Kelle will recommend you get full custody, but you must be a woman. Kelles a joke and needs to retire so she stops ruining lives of kids in Nebraska when shes a GAL. My respect for lawyers and the system is non existant after my experience with people like kelle. Dont hire this woman and if shes appointment as your GAL and your a man strike her out on foundation because you will get screwed.

I am disgusted! Appeareantly being on Martindale.com means nothing of the quality of attorney you receive. My children and I were in an incredibly unfortunate situation and are now worse off than we started along with almost $20,000 in the toilet. If you know what is good for yourself do NOT pick this attorney to represent you!

She mediated my divorce. The absolute worst. Violated all ethics of impartiality. One of the most disrespectful people I have ever encountered. Instead of germane subjects, I was asked if I was dating, or if I was going to counseling. She also said that I was getting a "sweet deal" with this divorce. Thanks for minimizing all of the physical and mental abuse I took for nearly fifteen years. I'm sure this money will buy back my soul. She should have her licenses revoked--plain and simple.
