Even two years after our case, I felt Mark acted in his own self interest and made me fight with his tying my arms behind my back. He refused to make additional claims and "cast the net" and refused to seek the insurance policies. Later, I felt that his politics hurt my case. I felt Mark tried to appease the opposing attorney which I felt made our case much more expensive in cost and time. He utilized an inexperienced young attorney to "do battle" against the strong opposing attorney in numerous situations and hearings we were not "invited to". The young attorney soon departed the firm. If you chose to utilize Mark make him write the objectives done in a concise plan AND make him write down what actions he will refuse to take that may be in YOUR best interest. Communicate in writing. Utilize the NC Bar site and discover what and how YOUR ATTORNEY should preform for you and make him disclose what actions he may not take in your case. Basically, so you do not end up so deep depending him
