She is excel ant and her knowledge of the law is above all expectations she cares about her clients and their family she is fair and tries to settle cases that should be settled and fights for her clients when needed. Ihave referred others to her who have the same opinions. One of the top attorneys in Miami without question

Ms. Blumberg represents herself as a founding member of the Collaborative Law group in Miami, yet she immediately tried to encourage me to litigate, knowing I did not want to create an adversarial relationship. Even when my ex and I agreed on certain facets of our settlement, Marilyn strongly urged me to be more confrontational. She refused to use email and then billed me for fax charges. She billed me for hours I worked on the case as well as for time she spent on other clients. When I attempted to negotiate a settlement for her final bill, she ignored all 4 attempts I made and then took me court, threatening me with contempt charges. If you are looking to hire an attorney or refer a client to an attorney who is fair, even-tempered, and willing to work with a client, I can not recommend Marilyn Blumberg.
