I have used Darrell Cox many times over a twenty-five year period. We always have been happy with our results. Sometimes he has worked miracles for my family. He did a good job for my son yesterday. If my family has a another legal problem in the future, Darrell Cox is my man.

Let me just say that I’ve never been in trouble with the law in my life. I’m actually a former police officer so I know the ins and outs of the court system and how things are supposed to be handled properly. I hired Darrell, or so I thought, to help on a loved ones case and he literally did nothing. By that I mean he put the case off onto his incapable son who was too busy constantly to do anything. not even return phone calls to let us know what was going on. Excuse after excuse and here I am months later with a case that hasn’t moved and I’m out a few thousand dollars. When you read reviews and they say that this place is sketchy or that Mr. Cox himself gave off sketchy vibes please listen to them. I should’ve went with my gut instinct because when I spoke with him in person that first time he sounded like every slimy attorney on any TV show ever. Darrell Cox is the worst lawyer we used him for my husbands case and gave him 1600 up front and after that he never returned our calls my husband had a court date cox never told him about so he had a warrant out for this arrest because of cox and didn’t even show up to the next court date DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

trashed my divorce case. Showed up for court with a blank legal pad, late no less. Her attorney had photos and four bankers boxes of materials. Lost my ass, because of him. A joke that wants to be called an attorney. Went to a real lawyer, and was informed it was too late in the process to change anything he did, or didnt do. As bad as they come. DO NOT USE THIS MAN. Want to throw away money, give it to the people this man cheated.

Same as the rating prior. We gave $3000 and as soon as the check was cashed he doesn’t acknowledge us at all. My husband case is now over and I will be contacting the sky Bar Association. If you know what’s good, DO NOT hire him.

Darrell Cox and Brian Titgemeyer Took $5000 retainer from me after that they not responding any phone calls and emails ...I just don't know how do they run the business like that..if anyone having the same issue can file a complaint to Kentucky Bar Association .very very bad business

I hired Mr. Cox to represent me through a simple divorce and as difficult as the leaving my wife of 25 years was Darryl made it worse. He took wants to be paid up front and he is pretty much done after the check cashes. I have pretty much had to do it all myself. He does not return phone calls and when he does he brushes you off or gives you lame excuses why he is putting no effort into your case. He misses showing up in court and I can't stress enough how indifferent he is once you pay him in full. Run do not walk away if your even remotely considering hiring this guy.

My boyfriend hired this man (Cox). Previous court date sentenced him to home incarceration. All he wanted was for COX to petition that he be released from home incarceration for work privileges, ect. Cox first gave him a court date.....and DIDNT EVEN SHOW UP. Worse, he finds out he was never even on the docket! Days later after many attempts to contact Cox, no response from him still! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON SUCH UNPROFESSIONALISM!!!

Daryl Cox is a complete joke! Anyone who would hire him is a complete fool just like his outfits. I hired him to represent me in a matter, he was not prepared for court, in fact, the prosecutors and other lawyers have no respect for him. He does not listen, will hang the phone up on you and rush you off the phone. He maybe knowledgeable of the law but I think some sort of narcotic hinders him from using it in court. I have not heard of one person or lawyer that has said anything good about him. I noticed Berger has moved to a new office of 5th Street, wonder why. This man is a plea lawyer even if you are innocent. I wish the Kentucky Bar Association would strip him from practicing.

This man is just an all around horrible person and it shows in his representation. It would be laughable if I hadn't wasted my money on him. He has no pride, just ego (god only knows why he thinks he's entitled to think he's worth anything)and he constantly offers wrong information as well as making you repeat things over and over because he can't figure out how to listen or just take a damn note.

I got pulled over for driving on suspended license and in the process got in trouble for having mary jane, well I had all my drivers license stuff handled all I had to do was go to court and show proof that I had my license. Mr. Cox said he would take care of it and made a copy of my DL. Needless to say he did not show up for my court date and a year later I have a warrant for my arrest because of him. DO NOT USE MR COX AS AN ATTORNEY HE IS A TRICKSTER AND IS MONEY HUNGRY HE DONT CARE ABOUT WINNING YOUR CASE BECAUSE YOUR GOING TO PAY HIM UP FRONT NO MATTER WHAT THE OUTCOME IS. MY WHOLE FAMILY HAS USED HIM AND HE HAS SCREWED ALL OF US. HE SHOULD BE DISBARRED BY THE AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION.

He sucks! He didnt speak up for me in court and in result, my kids are about to be adopted! Definately would not recommend wasting your money on this fool. Im over $2000 in the hole and dont even have unsupervised visits with my kids and its been a year. Plus he will charge you 500-1000 each time you see him. Dont waste your time or money. Go see Dean Pisacano. Way better results.
