Ms. Linda Aland recently helped me to resolve my complicated divorce case quickly. I was completely dazzled by her communication skills, courage at the court hearing, and quick responses to any legal obstacles on my case.

This was already a rough time in my life and I'm not sure Linda made it any better. I spent a bunch of money and only she knows where it went. Very expensive. I ended having her withdraw with out the case being final. Rough experience

I can't believe there's even one positive review about this woman. She is unbelievably overpriced and not worth the money. I drained my checking and savings account to pay this joke of an attorney, and she did a terrible job. She was rude, unprofessional, and didn't get 1/2 of the work done. She billed me double multiple times, and she and her staff made constant mistakes. Hiring her was the worst mistake I ever made. And she purposely dragged out my divorce to send me inflated bills. I have proof of it. She made the worst time in my life even more stressful. She should NOT be allowed to practice law, she's a joke and gives decent attorneys a bad name.

Linda is outstanding lawyer, extremely professional and a very nice person. I went through a very messy divorce with a child involved and I can't say enough how much I appreciate the work, time and efforts Linda put in my situation. She handled my divorce case, and she was absolutely brilliant! She will tell you what is best for you and give you the guidance and direction to get through a tough, nasty case (child custody, support & abuse). She will not play around with you or give you false hope. Her approach is very straight forward. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs a strong, outstanding attorney.

She took my $3,500 and charge for stamps, emails, got in confrontation on phone sent out preliminary paper to my home address and I asked all mailing to got to my PO Box she put paragraph that if I default paying her the ex would have to pay he filed with court downtown dispute. She suppose to be a Christian person attending all these mission trips she made my life living hell I finally found out I could fire attorney and she only game me $600.00 back of my money out of $3,500 and still NO Divorce.

Linda Aland (and her staff) are superb! She is knowledgeable, honest, thorough, tenacious and most important: righteous. In our family law case, she never forgets that she represents the best interests of the children and she does a brilliant job advocating for them without vilifying or alienating the absent parent. I could nor recommend any attorney as highly as Linda Aland.

HORRIBLE ATTORNEY!! I can honestly say I have never in my life met a more arrogant and unprofessional person. Overpriced and did a sloppy job. And this woman is a LIAR. She and her staff are completely incompetent. She purposely dragged out my divorce in order to bill more money. As one of the other poster's said, I wouldn't wish this deplorable excuse of an attorney on my worst enemy!!!

The most ridiculous excuse for an attorney in Texas. She is rude, obnoxious, alienated our judge and spent all my money.She got less than my spouse offered at the beginning She is a joke. DO NOT USE HER.

She has so many complaints with the Texas Bar they hit her with a public reprimand on 3/4/2002. The State Bar does not give these out very often. Check out their site. My mother used Linda in a divorce proceeding years ago in Collin County and she said it was her biggest mistake. Linda went after my father for things my mother said no to. She is ruthless and it huts both sides. I have since mentioned her name to other attorneys that I know personally and they all had a negative review of her. One attorney told me that not too many attorney will take a case against her because she is crazy. When my mother fired her as her attorney she west after my mother with inflated bills. Luckily mom kept records of every time she talked to Linda and took it to the firm parters she was working for. The partners acknowledged her bahavior and quickly dismissed the bill. Find an attorney that works well with other attorneys and your divorce will be much better off.

Linda Aland is a great lawyer in the courtroom and a genuinely good person outside the courtroom. She was fantastic! I am very, very pleased with everything she did - start to finish. Linda represented me in a case where I know other lawyers couldn't have done anything close to what she could do. She makes the complicated things simple and she's very persuasive. I wouldn't hire any other lawyer to litigate. Linda's knowledge of the law is keen and her work quality is second to none.
