Office assistants were very good in communicating what to expect. Mr. Whitesell was excellent in preparing me for the hearing and anticipating how the procedure would go. I gave him a 3 on communication because he did not contact me personally until the day before the hearing. Even though his office help was very helpful and professional, I still expected to hear from him sooner.
