he did not check titles or do background searches on property or he would have found a property he sold was already foreclosed on and the people owned this for over 9 months before the original banks were paid off why isnt their a paper trail followed by these high payed trustees I say get red of them for not doing their jobs, Its because nobody follows trans actions and someone gets screwed in the end,..

we hired Rod to close our home purchase & he did a very poor job. He waited over a week from the time he had all tne money till he funded our loan, he left us un-inshured, without paying prop taxes, giving us a title policy, all for over 60 days after closingeven though we had paid him for these things. He also demanded $500 extra money that we had a hard time getting back from him. A very arrogant man & did poor, slow work.
