Randall Tindall (RT) should not be allowed near a Courtroom! RT is clearly racist and does NOT follow the law! RT routinely violates people's rights in disregard of the law! How can the presiding judge, etc., allow this imbecile monster to continue to ruin people's lives! If you are non-white, and regardless of your overwhelming evidence, RT will rule against you for no reason and in favor of whites! RT needs to not only be removed from the bench but DISBARRED.

This judge is either a racist or totally stupid and ignorant. He does not listen to you and despite what you say, he makes his own conclusion. He does not allow you to explain a point, provide proof or documents, but then makes a judgement despite the facts.Try to be as far away from him as possible, if you can.He based his judgment on a letter tgat the defendant had brought to the court, not the witness himself. One signed lettr of 8 lines , not notorized, without the signature being present. That letter was enough for him to conclude the case against me. He did not ask me to explain away the content of that letter. What an a.. hole. Low inteligence.

I don’t know how this guy even got a job as a judge. He is absolutely horrible, has zero listening skills, very incompetent and ignorant. You offer an explanation with evidence and he totally turns it around saying you don’t have evidence. He listens for about 5 seconds, starts turning red as a lobster, and immediately interrupts because he can’t stand to listen anymore. Avoid him at all costs.

Very closed minded. Acting as a referee, did not allow a defendant to "defend" themself. Judged case from words of plaintiff (much of which was exaggerated or not true) and did not provide equal opportunity for defendant to speak. Would not hire this attorney.
