He cut and pasted documents, showed up to court with a stack of papers, which had other people’s names and case information after the first few pages. The judge ordered all fees from this scam artist dismissed, and then he argued and yelled at me outside the courtroom. Avoid this excuse for an attorney.

This is the worst attorney. He and I believe his wife ? Angie Root worked in the office at the time. I carefully had my decree the way my ex and I had agreed - those are the documents my ex and I also signed. However after they sent to the judge and the paperwork came back singed by the judge they had changed the terms that my ex and I had agreed upon. It turned out to be advantageous to my ex - who was ecstatic. When I walked in Mr. Moots office - ready to hyper ventilate because his mistake cost me $150 a month " he looked at me and said " " don't you work?"

Best, and most aggressive divorce and family law attorney in Nevada. Very underrated, a never ending bulldog. Fought for me in my custody case. After 3 years I finally was awarded primary custody.
