While Ms. Bowers may be a competant attorney, her paralegal is not competant at all. Kept asking me over and over for paperwork that was in the file, sent parent's will to wrong address. EVERYTHING seemed to be done late. It was like she never looked at the file before talking to me. You ARE getting the paralegal when you give them a retainer. Vicky just oversees.
