Once Matt Miller accepts a litigation as having potential merit, he and his staff are focussed on the client and the case. They are efficient, organized, and dedicated to getting results. He handled a case for my elderly mother that concerned medical malpractice, and that also had been complicted because a prior lawyer had failed to file before the statute of limitations expired. This resulted in 'a case within a case', and Matt Miller, along with his staff, was so thoroughly prepared for a potential trial that the opposing parties settled without contest.
