I had Krissoff for a criminal case. We had a good judge, but he wanted to make a useless motion knowing we would lose this judge and get a very bad judge, but said, it doesn't matter what judge you have, you still get a fair trial and sentence. Is he on crack? He is a legend in his own mind. I received the maximum sentence. Only because I had money and was able to get a good attorney, I was able to get out many years sooner. If you want time, he can get you that.
