Only a little better than nothing. I never got any legal advice about my options.I would not be hired and recommend to other people again, his greedy by the time in money from insurance, O well, when he died he cannot bring his money in hell.he got more dollar than what you get.

I have had a number of auto accidents and even a couple worker's comp claims. In every instance, I was treated with respect, my questions were always answered promptly and I was given realistic expectations of the value of my claim. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable.

I used Dan after I was in a car accident.I suffered through three surgeries and had medical bills of almost $100,000. He was awesome!

Only a little better than nothing. I never got any legal advice about my options. He set up a settlement without my informed consent and was intimidating and manipulating in forcing me to accept it. He never even tapped the other party's liability insurance: even though I was not at fault, I ended up paying for everything, with no compensation for pain/suffering, or for time lost from work while recovering. My own financial losses due to the accident were not recompensed. I would never hire this attorney again, nor would I recommend him.
