Lesleigh Monahan represented my brother in his divorce. After his death, I was appointed his personal representative. Despite the fact that she had proof that this was so and a request from an attorney we hired to handle my brother's estate that she speak with me, she has refused to do so. She neither responds to phone calls or emails. She charged my brother close to $25,000 for a stipulated divorce with no children involved and no court appearances. My brother's ex paid her attorney $10,000. My brother's ex received the house and his $500,000 life insurance policy; my brother received a little over $30,000. Enough said.
