If you have a worker's comp case, please stay away from this lawyer. He has very limited knowledge of worker's comp and does not even understand worker's comp award offsets disability retirement(he thought the other way around, which means he would not get paid). 8 months since he took my case, not single time he was in his office when I called him. His secretary always asked me to leave a message, but he rarely called me back. He never contacted my treating doctors. Thanks god, I was awarded disability retirement. Otherwise, I do not know what would happen to me, mostly likely I would kill myself because I can not go back to work and this lawyer could not do anything for me. I say one more time. He would do absolutely noting for your case.
