Unprofessional and tardy. Did not keep several phone appointments, did not have the curtsey to call and inform me abt changes in appntmnt schedules. Hidden miscellaneous charges in the agreement, when pointed out to his credit he did waive. Unreliable and unprofessional, not your moneys worth!!!!
