Scott accepted payment from me for a divorce and custody in September of 2013. It is over a year later, and weekly texts and emails have gone ignored. He basically took off with my money. I guess his running for public defender was more important. I also paid for an insurance loss case which he has not done anything with. He handled my dui simultaneously, and it became clear he had no idea how to talk to Da's or judges. He got an awful deal, and I'm paying for it. Now I have to hire another lawyer and also request my money back for the above cases.
