Mr. Jonathan Winters is a brilliant, yet compassionate attorney and I highly recommend his law office. Mr. Winters took my personal injury case that evolved out of a landlord/tenant dispute and a wrongful death, when other attorneys turned me down because of my financial situation. Thankfully, Mr. Winters saw the value in my case and he attained a greater settlement for me than I anticipate. I am deeply grateful to Mr. Winters for his legal expertise, empathy and his concern for justice. Mr. Winters is a reserved man, but he is a powerhouse when facing other attorneys and I am happy he was in my corner defending me. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Winters, as well as his legal staff and I am indebted to everyone at the Jonathan Winters Law.

This office is a joke. They will bill you big time on "experts", mis-file paperwork with courthouse, the Judge and opposing attorney laughed at his work on several occasions during trial. His dad gives his 2 cents all the time by is NOT a lawyer. Go elsewhere.

When I filed 2 different claims against Los Angeles MTA, Jonathan D. Winters's employee contacted to come aboard as a client. I wasted my time travelling to his office; signed documents to be represented but nothing happened. No point going into further details. Beware of them.

Don't be fooled by this smooth talker or his dad, his "office manager" with NO law degree. There are much better attorneys out there. Don't be fooled by advertisement like I was. Do research first. Jonathan "gives-up" more than he wins. In my opinion, he's a sellout. He makes promises he doesn't intend on keeping.

An absolute waste of time and money. If you want your hopes and convidence quashed, go see Jonathan, or better yet hire a used car salesman as your lawyer.
