said he would help my son get visitation for a set price. we gave him the money, my son got 30min. supervised a week, and we gave him all the evidence needed to win this case. now we are fighting on our own. can't say how he is in other legal matters, but on custody! forget it. also we got left setting in court more than once when we were not called and told case was continued for whatever reason.(we drove 50 miles one way)

I have retained many attorneys in new bern for years. I find Mr. Green the most outstanding in chatacter, fairness and wotk ethics. Always on top of things. Responds in a timely matter. He gives 110% to represent your case in court. Furthermore; you get what you pay for. He is worth every dollar! When it all seems hopeless Kelly Greene brings hope.

Greene & Wilson in New Bern have been resprenting me for 6 months and have been GREAT!! Stephanie, Jo, Mr Greene and Mr Wilson have all been very aggressive with my case. I have been going through a messy divorce and I am glad that they are on my side.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE lawyer. We are out almost 10,000. and nothing is settled. His paraleagal Stephanie is a horrible person also. Every document they sent out had mis-spellings, etc. even on subpoena's. They are cowards, will promise you the best lawyer experience you have ever had until you pay your retainer fee and then you will talk to them far and few between. We had to nearly do all the leg work for our custody case. Kelley Green is a coward and will back down from anyone! Even when the opposing party is way out of line. PLEASE DO NOT USE!!! You WILL DIAPPOINTED and have nothing more accomplished than you did before you hire him!!
