comes off as a really nice guy BUT!He's a idiot. Used him for ch 13 bankruptcy to save house and car. Well 2 yrs into a 5 yr plan I called him and said if we are caught up on our mortgage lets convert to a chapter 7. So we can live life normal again if we were caught up. He said we were and converted it to a ch 7 with our blessing. To come and find out after the filing he never checked the trustee's report and our house is being forclosed on. He screwed us and the bank is not caring. You know what his answer was "they are not going to foreclose on you in this economy" Well they sure are and me and my family are on the streets soon. The reason We saw him was the house went into foreclosure because of job, etc., and was looking for the law to protect us to keep our house. Well he just screwed us for the next 10 yrs plus.The funny thing is we paid him to screw us, and it did not feel good and still don't!He's sleeping just fine though.
