Mr. Fryar recently represented me in a litigation case, and not only was extremely courteous, kind, generous, but he also got my case dismissed outright! He is reasonably priced! I spoke with over 30 attorneys On The Phone and 8 in person, and Mr. Fryar was the only one who represented me in a timely manner and did it for a reasonable cost! He put in extra effort and extra work when it was not necessary because he goes above and beyond for every client, he has! If you want an attorney that actually cares and will win your case look no further!
This is the guy for you! It was a blessing to have run into Mr. Fryar and hire him as my attorney! Best attorney I have ever spoken with, and worked with! He even does appointments over zoom, phone, and in person. And accepts payment over the phone. Absolutely fantastic!

Kurt handled a civil suit against a HOA. He did a good job at a reasonable rate. We also won the case at trial. He also handled an estate issue for me involving a property transfer. He did a great job on both issues.

Kurt has handled many affairs for me and I highly recomend him. He is a one man show doing his own filing and administration which means his rates are terrific and he gets the job done in a professional manner.

I have used Kurt in millions of dollars of transactions over the past several years and have always been impressed with his dependability, flexibility, creativity, knowledge, attention to detail and work quality. Kurt is pleasant and easy-going and makes the stressfulness of commercial transactions and finance bearable and fun.

I lost two relatives in a short period of time for whom I was named executor of the estates. Living in Florida and dealing with two estates in NC was time consuming and frustrating. After wasting many hours dealing with the Clerk of Court, I was referred to Mr. Fryar by an employee from the funeral home. In less than a month he had both estates in order and sent me the paperwork requiring only my signature to close both estates. Mr. Fryar is knowledgeable, professional, and his billing was more than reasonable. For less than it would have cost me to return to Wilmington and deal with this myself, he handled it for me. I've never had anything nice to say about an attorney before, but I wish we had someone comparable to him in Tampa FL.

I hired him because I lived out of state and needed assistance with a Will for my father and would need help w/ laws in NC vs NY. He was inconsistant with his information, lost his patience easily with me, & asked me 2 fill out paperwork that was his responsibility. His office is dirty, unorganized (files are in boxes on the floor, no file cabinets), desk is piled high with paperwork that is unorganized and horrific to even look at. Food wrappers on tables where he meets w/ people. When I went to meet with him after my father passed (I had not seen him in two years ), he did not even have a copy of the will to refer to. After attempting to have a discussion with him & him not knowing the case, I had to ask him to get the will so that we could refer to it!he does not have an assistant to do his paperwork and the quality of what is sent out is poor. When paperwork was completed for the estate, he actually asked me to walk over to court to have it signed! Stay away, far, far away!
