Tina Ann Dampf has been an attorney for us for since 2012. Her knowledge and expertise is beyond compare. From the first time we met, she provided us with her personal contact cell and email and has been available to us and our management seven days a week. When novel legal issues arise, she offers to come in and teach us the nuances of the law and how to handle the legal issues. We have developed a strong partnership with her and are happy to have her in our corner.

Tina was my attorney for less than a week in 2003 when she was employed by Kauffman, Englett, & Lynd in Tampa. She told me on a given day that she would call me in the evening to discuss any concerns, questions, or anything else I wanted to know. She never called back that evening and I ended up calling her to ask why she didn't call me when she said she would. Her answer: "You're right. I had you down on my list to call along with others and that's one of the things I FORGOT to do". This is unprofessional and shows she doesn't communicate well with the client. A good attorney would be a person of their word and call the client back when they say they will. I complained to the firm and was assigned another lawyer. If Tina could not communicate effectively then she should not have told me she would call me that particular evening! Iwould not recommend anyone having her as their lawyer.
