If there was a way to rate him any lower I would. HE is a crooked lawyer. He Double bills and bills you every time your ex has a question for him. The man thrives on the fact that each parent hates each other and therefore can double bill each parent because he knows the parents won't talk to each other. I had the misfortune of having Mitch be assigned as a parent coordinator. He Doesn't even know the name of the child he is "supposedly" representing. He is a liar and and his billing practices are crap. He charges you for sending you his bill! He actually causes more problems and shouldn't be able to further destroy a families already disrupted divorce and custody issue . Mr charney even went as far as trying to make me apologize to him before he would talk to me on the telephone just like a child about his questionable billing and yes you will be billed even if you call and ask a question about your bill

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This man is bad news for anyone with a family. He has torn our family to shreds. Plus he has wasted tons of my time and money. He hires only his friends most of whom are too old to do their jobs. He pays judges to rule in favor of him and also pays the GAL. This guy is a crook.
