3/2/16	1	2	1	1	1	I used Jim Sexton for my son's divorce that is still not settled after two years and $50,000+. He charges you for all types of research, and in the end you get raped by the other attorney because he gives in to every demand they make. He does not fight for your rights at all. I am completely disgusted with him.
6/11/15	2	2	1	1	1	Biggest rip off artist in rockland. He was very arrogant and careless. Not detailed oriented in the least. Didn't argue much and gave the other side everything they asked for. He couldn't be bothered with my little divorce. I fired him when after spending 25k and dragging it out for almost a year I still had no final agreement and I finally realized I was getting robbed blind. Very self centered... Just read his license plate on his Benz!
9/23/13	1	1	1	1	1	I used James Sexton as my lawyer he is a liar and basically he took 30,000 of my money in 3 weeks. He doesnt answer proposals from opposing council, doesnt allow you into your files, uses profanity. When you dont give him more money he threatens to give you the other lawyers in his firm that are new. He is unethical and a liar .
7/20/13	5	5	5	5	5	I had a great experience with James Sexton. He gave me good advice in my divorce and kept me informed and feeling empowered. He was a good negotiator and was amazing in the Courtroom particularly when the case (unfortunately) had to go to trial. I was very happy with the result of my case and would recommend James Sexton to anyone in need of an intelligent, experienced and responsive family law attorney.

1/7/10	1	1	1	1	1	Expect to pay a lot for very little counsel. Found him manipulative and was misinformed on the few questions he would answer. Get every word he says in writing because he has no qualmes saying anything he knows he can later deny.
