Hal has been my friends lawyer for years. He has worked very hard for her. It has not been easy considering dealing with her ex-husband. I have gone to court with her, and have seen what he and his daughter Stacey have done for her. I would highly recommend him and his firm.

I have been with Hal Weissman and his firm for over 8 years now - pre and post divorce. He is extremely knowledgeable, fair, empathetic, civil, and a great litigator who is well respected in court.
I also work closely with his daughter, Stacy Weissman and she is truly compassionate, a great listener and is an advocate for the best interest of children in divorce.
In addition, Nancy Roberts is the backbone of the firm. She is the behind the scenes individual orchestrating, organizing and moving things forward.
I’ve referred co-workers/friends to them in the past and they are extremely happy with the results.
Hal and Stacy Weissman are well connected in the community and are highly respected by other professionals. I’m truly happy to see the Weissman firm will continue to serve the Broward Community for many years to come.
Overall, I am extremely happy resting my trust with this firm.

CANT EVEN CALL HIM AN ATTORNEY. HE KNOWS NOTHING AND DOES NOT KNOW YOUR CASE AT ALL. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND HIS PARA LEGAL KNOWS NOTHING AS WELL. My case was resolved with the best possible resolution. Mr. Weissman billed fairly, and his staff was always available (and responded promptly), by phone and email. Of the attorney's I had contacted, he was the only attorney who had confidence in my case, which had the potential of ruining me financially if not handled well. He was eager to take on the opposing counsel. And his advice was always in my best interest.

Disgrace to his Profession! Mr Weissman says he will call back but NEVER does. I would leave messages with his staff and still NO return call! His staff us NOT friendly and doesn't do their job either. Mr Weissman made unprofessional comments about my top area. He spoke about sexual encounters and questioned me. Not very ethical and certainly not a subject you talk so intimately about with a client you just meet. He told me he took care of something but he never did. His staff finally took care of it days later and instead of emailing they used regular mail which obviously takes longer. Not very knowledgeable for being in practice so many years. His conduct is nit only unprofessional it's unethical.

Excellent Attorney and very knowledgeable! Mr Weissman always returned my phone calls in a timely manner. He prepared me for mediation and for my deposition. His staff is pleasant and very friendly. Mr Weissman is compassionate and caring and was efficient .He was able to geft me more than expected. I have referred friends to him and whomever I referred has been happy with Mr Weissman.

Family law is so complicated and emotional. It's easy to panic during this process. Fortunately, my Attorney was there for me. I am glad I had Mr. Weissman as my foundation during this process. He is the reason I am raising my Daughter.

He's not an stronger attorney he will not fight for you at all, my case is been open more than a year and I don't have any good input. You call his office and nobody knows anything. I paid thousands and thousand of dollars. He smile to you and said everything is going to be fine. He doesn't prepare and prepare you for courts, mediation, deposition. Nice office, smiling faces but you will be wasting your money and time. Im an the process to hire a new attorney. What a waist of time Mr. Harold Weissman.

If you need a strong attorney this is not the guy for you. He doesn't pay attention to details which are important in this kind of cases. He drafts inaccurate documents that don't solve anything. Stay away from him.

Knowledge? Maybe. But he has NEVER called me back when I've left messages. And when I have finally reached him, he put me on hold and transfeerred me to the secretary. The secretary (Iris) is worthless. She never returns my calls either. All I get are bills from them. This was only a simple child support case and I've been waiting for 4 months for them to file a court hearing!! I've had 4 attorneys before for child support and have never experience such bad service. Dont waste your money.
