Richard Hanus has been a helping us through our immigration process. He is very knowledgeable and straightforward about the immigration processes. Although DOMA(2013) was just approved for same-sex marriage petition, his knowledge, ideals and values were excellent in communicating the process for this kind of petitioning and because of His leniency, we were APPROVED and finally got the GREENCARD. you are better off reading the law yourself that is how much you will get out of him. Very opinionated. he does not realize the client is who puts the food in his table........do not expect any bursts of self initiative from him.....he is just an office lawyer..
