Afraid to stand up for his client. Scard of judge. Did my son really bad, did not look into proof to defend his client and he lost everything by a smart alec judge and a lawyer without ethics.

This attorney handled a child support case and took part of my child's recovery even though he knew that it was NOT to be part of his fee. I paid him a separate retainer, and the defaulting parent had agreed to pay his legal fees, but he STILL took part of my child's money that was owed. Double-check behind this attorney at every step, because when I've tried to follow up with him, he has ignored my contacts. He also told me he filed another motion to recover the fees owed to him, but that never happened.
