I would not recommend this attorney at all. If you are looking for an attorney who will work hard and prepare thoroughly, this is not a good candidate. This man will come to trial poorly prepared, and hope to win based on loopholes. He cares deeply re how and when he will be paid, and does very little preparation. He puts the "slimy" into "slimy lawyer". Look elsewhere if you are desiring high quality work.
