Mr. Karanian rushed through without considering our concerns or modifications to a visitation order for what should be included in the document. The final visitation order was crafted so badly that the mother is still exploiting the gaps in the order that allow her to interfere with contact. My children and I have been real victims. We've been set up for failure. Do not hire Mr. Karanian he wont present evidence and will waste time and money trying to negotiate, untimely writing an order that leaves too many gaps. A lawyer must give adequate representation to a client, a lawyer must act with reasonable diligence and promptness. This suggests that a lawyer should behave with commitment and dedication to the client's interests, as well as passion in advocating on the client's behalf, which the lawyer did not do in this case.
