Markham will NOT settle at any cost to his client. He therefore runs up a HUGE bill that is paid by the client's insurance company, and hence the client's insurance preminus go through the roof. But, hey, he got his client off, didn't he? No doubt Markham knows the ropes and all Machiavellian machinations that win cases but at what cost? If you are looking for an attorney to settle your case at the least cost to your insurer, then keep looking; otherwise, Markham will line his pockets at the expense for your insurer, nevermind how long your case drags out. Hell, the sky's the limit.
