Uses win at all cost methods; works only or mostly for the government, thinks he should not have to follow the rules or tell the truth, and gets away with it, gets protected for obvious unethical practices by dishonest judges who treat him as a team member. he lies for clients and encourages them to lie, fights like a bully,to win cases that defy common sense instead of advising client to settle or avoid litigation. He milks taxpayer contracts by creating letter wars and filing frivolous motions he knows he should not win, that he knows are false claims. he also bills for work never done or bills twice for the same work. He is a petty, crooked thief with strong political connections and over 35 years of unethical practices most likely. From what I have seen, the people would benefit by his disbarrment.
