From my first meeting with David I had a bad impression of him as I felt rushed and that he was not listening to me and cutting me off.
David was supposed to represent the best interest of my child. During a phone interview with my sister (my child's aunt and also a mother herself) she attempted to give David information about the case. She mentioned she was a mother multiple times and referenced the relationship between our children/cousins. She too felt like he was rushing her. At the end of the conversation he then asked, "Are you a mom?"
David turned his head/ears from everything and recommended custody to the mother and of course judge followed his recommendation.
Attorneys with women clients and mothers should fight for David to be your guardian in custody cases. He will turn his head for every wrong doing of the mother. He is a traditionalist and not a best-interest advocate.
