Seven years of divorce proceedings, and in equitable distribution court, Mr. James Davis achieved a fair outcome for me, the defendant. I was about the law, of course, but also about how people interpret the law, and Mr. Davis is brilliant in that area. He should be in Charlotte, or Raleigh; Salisbury is lucky to have Mr. Davis because his skills are "Big City".

Mr. Davis and his staff are super people. Mr. Davis has been voted a "Super Lawyer" in the past. Mr. Davis and his staff are very professional and really care for their clients and the client's family. I would rate them more than a 5 if possible. Mr. Davis and his staff worked diligently on a case for my son when he had horrendous false charges filed against him. Mr. Davis is a soft spoken caring attorney. He listens and is non-stopping in finding the facts and truth for his clients. Mr. Davis and his staff work long hours and even weekends for their clients. His staff and the other attorneys in the firm work together as a great professional team. You are never made to feel like "just a number" but part of their family. I cannot sing their praises enough. Whether you have a small matter or a large matter, Mr. Davis works for you with diligence.

The Davis Law Firm is directly across the street from the court house. The entire staff is sincere, passionate and professional. They work very long hour to help people, even taking their work home. This Firm offers a wide variety of exceptional services to their clients. James Davis was selected and recognized by a rating service Super Lawyers, which uses a very rigorous process to select its candidates. His wife and business partner Andrea is also an attorney. I cannot begin to tell you how these two have helped and encouraged me. Not to forget the three Paralegals. Stacey, Candis, and Wendy. It is not possible to evaluate the comprehensive work and sacrifice which can easily be seen from these individuals. They are a beautiful team engaging in professional help with true concern for their clients. They helped me beyond what I can express in words. If these people ever receive less than a perfect rating, I would believe it to be untrue. They are above any top score they can receive
