Seven years of divorce proceedings, and in equitable distribution court, Mr. James Davis achieved a fair outcome for me, the defendant. I was about the law, of course, but also about how people interpret the law, and Mr. Davis is brilliant in that area. He should be in Charlotte, or Raleigh; Salisbury is lucky to have Mr. Davis because his skills are "Big City".

With memorial day passing I have been thinking all week...God bless the Davis law group!They gave me my life back. I never heard anyone give a closing argument like James... He is blessed by God! James knows the law and knows how to present the facts. He is full of love for everyone and I cannot say enough good things about the people at Davis firm. It's hard having false,groundless accusations and false allegations.These people believed in my innocence. The people at Davis took a great quantity of time to search for something to prove my innocence. Candice and Stacey worked hard and with sincere concern for my defense. Andrea said things to me that greatly encouraged me and lifted weight off my heart. I do love and miss them.I think about these people all the time,and how they have given me peace back in such a trying time. Don't look for trouble just to see them. Lol, but if you need counsel and defense then this is the people you should talk to. Love and miss you all !! James

The people at Davis Law Firm care! If you need an Attorney that has wisdom and knowledge, then Davis Law is who you need. I do not have the space here to write all the good things which should be told. I can honestly say that Davis demonstrated all the attributes which far exceeded my expectations. These people showed me sincere concern the first time I came into their office. They made provisions not just to counsel and defend me, but also with things unrelated to my defense. Immediately I felt like they were my friends and I knew someone was on my side standing up for me. For four and a half years the people at Davis con- tinued to show their heartfelt love and concern. They are my friends for life. There is no one better except God. James proceeded his Father in 1991 and is joined by his Wife, Sister, and Son. Four Attorneys and three Paralegals. Two heads are better than one and 7 is an excellent no.. When I was exonerated Davis gave the glory to God. This is what we all need! JG.

Mr. Davis and his staff are super people. Mr. Davis has been voted a "Super Lawyer" in the past. Mr. Davis and his staff are very professional and really care for their clients and the client's family. I would rate them more than a 5 if possible. Mr. Davis and his staff worked diligently on a case for my son when he had horrendous false charges filed against him. Mr. Davis is a soft spoken caring attorney. He listens and is non-stopping in finding the facts and truth for his clients. Mr. Davis and his staff work long hours and even weekends for their clients. His staff and the other attorneys in the firm work together as a great professional team. You are never made to feel like "just a number" but part of their family. I cannot sing their praises enough. Whether you have a small matter or a large matter, Mr. Davis works for you with diligence.

The Davis Law Firm is directly across the street from the court house. The entire staff is sincere, passionate and professional. They work very long hour to help people, even taking their work home. This Firm offers a wide variety of exceptional services to their clients. James Davis was selected and recognized by a rating service Super Lawyers, which uses a very rigorous process to select its candidates. His wife and business partner Andrea is also an attorney. I cannot begin to tell you how these two have helped and encouraged me. Not to forget the three Paralegals. Stacey, Candis, and Wendy. It is not possible to evaluate the comprehensive work and sacrifice which can easily be seen from these individuals. They are a beautiful team engaging in professional help with true concern for their clients. They helped me beyond what I can express in words. If these people ever receive less than a perfect rating, I would believe it to be untrue. They are above any top score they can receive

Mr. Davis represented my best friend in a long divorce/property settlement case. His professionalism is un-equaled. I've hired James as my criminal defense lawyer twice in the last eight years. Both times he was like a shining light at the end of a long, dark tunnel leading me into deep depression and dark despair. Like a powerful oak tree, he stood up for me, unrelenting and unimtimidated and presented the true facts to the court and fought against assistant district attorneys who I felt were out to put me in prison with damning law enforcement "evidence" that simply was not true. I admit that my first crime should have seen me serve prison time but instead I was given probation against seemingly overwhelming odds. My second crime was completely untrue and bolstered with near-corrupt, but definitely shoddy and incompetent, Sheriff Department detective work. Salisbury is fortunate to have such a gem. I've learned from James. Alot of what I am today, he created in me as I walk the line. I also have to give great credit to his legal defense support team as well, especially Andrea, Candace and Staci.

Excellent lawyer, knows his case, gets the facts, is not intimidated by other lawyers, is open and honest telling you what to expect, is able to get to the bottom and reveal the truth, and has taken on the best and won. You cannot do better, do not let his gentle manner and calm personality fool you, you cannot do any better.
