Do plenty of research and talk to as many Lawyers as possible prior to thinking about hiring Mr. Kingston. I hired Mr. Kingston and watched him fumble and blow my case, despite being handed a ton of credible evidence. After Mr. Kingston's constant whining about how the case was hopeless (due to his lack of competence), I fired Mr. Kingston and hired a competent Attorney who was able to succeed in my case. Beware before hiring Mr. Kingston.
