Watch out. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I got NOTHING for $55,000. I had to get a different attorney to replace Florence to get the discovery I needed. I won my case with the other attorney. I didn't get a dime back from Florence, and the State Bar of AZ wouldn't help me. They said an attorney can pursue a case according to their own judgement. He just wanted my money. He wouldn't spend it getting the discovery I needed, he just plea bargained, after telling me I had an excellent chance of winning before I paid him the retainer. He'll say "I don't feel that's the way to go" when getting discovery would cost him any of your money you paid him.
