Mr. Midgley assisted me with a post-decree modification order. During our initial consultation he laid out what might happen in such a case and what he would do in my matter. Then, he did what he said he would do in a timely fashion. The modification went through, under terms favorable to me. Throughout the process I was kept informed of how the case was progressing, and I wasn't billed for superfluous work. Overall I'm satisfied with the way my matter was handled and how I was treated.
