Petra Tang was assigned to work on my case by Barry Appleman Leiden. It have been close to one year, and she has not been able to get the PERM process complete. In the meantime, she has never answered any of my phone calls. She has never answered any of my emails. She has sent me two emails: One asking me to submit docs, and another informing myself of case status once. In the meantime there has been a 3 month and a 6 month period during which she did nothing for my case. If I could I would fire her, but she's the corporate attorney. I intend to file complaint with California bar.
